    Angry HOSTFLY Please Review (BAD Business)

    OMG this HOSTFLY also for me now his business is not good i buy it for a RESELLER HOSTING in 15$ but my PROBLEM this is he give me a NOT TO CREATE A ADDPACKAGE in WHM and he said for me that want to change your account in my other server and after all he change it but the PROBLEM again is the CPANEL and WHM is a TRIAL VERSION and now i file for a dispute in PAYPAL to refund my money..

    All our servers are licensed properly. OP was suspended because he create a paypal dispute. As per OP he was not able to add package in WHM. After we verified the same, their was no issues in WHM and ADD package feature was working fine.

    In a multiple ticket reply we asked client to close dispute so that we can unsuspend his account as reseller plans are not covered under moneyback guarantee which is clearly mentioned in our terms of service which can be seen on http://www.hostfly.in/tos.php and http://www.hostfly.in/guarantee.php.

    As OP agreed to our terms while placing order, he should comply with that. We will be happy to unsuspend OP's account after he closes paypal dispute as the money paid by him in on HOLD and not in our hand.

    It's always best to contact your host before opening a dispute, so that things can be worked out. As hosting is an intangible item, it's possible you're going to lose this dispute as per PayPal terms.

    Hostfly, it's always best to offer a moneyback guarantee even with resellers, as it allows clients to test your services then cancel if they wish within that period. A reseller account is similar to a shared hosting account, so I can't see any reason not to offer this unless you're paying more upfront to set up resellers (only happens if you resell resellers from another company).

    I think in this case, OP had filed a claim too early. However, if a client observes TRIAL ACCOUNT/LICENSE displayed in back end then it is obvious for him to panic and try to leave. Hope, things will work out between you two and OP will continue with hostfly. wish you both luck with your trades

    You should have gone to your host first and confirmed that it is a trial version type a deal, or its an error on the hosts side when they were setting up your account.

    Just because you can open a dispute with paypal doesn't mean you will always win it, there are rules and conditions to a dispute.

    I think OP need to contact host first and after their reply can dispute the payment if answer is not satisfactory as he can dispute up to 45 days.
    Hopefully Hostfly and OP come to resolution.
