    We are currently doing a massive upgrade and our ticket system is offline at the moment however there was about 150 tickets opened on the desk before the systems went offline. We are working as fast as possible to answer all tickets.

    our offices are mostly closed at the time of your inquiries, it's 2-4 AM here when you are asking for assistance. Your backup has been restored. It was a large backup which can take time from slow upload speeds. All of your backups have been saved and are located on our server if you need them.

    We told you on messenger that it would take 4 hours to restore a backup of that size. We have already restored your backup 3 times. You can restore a backup just as easily as we can with your control panel. Like I said before we have to sleep when you are opening ticket after ticket and messaging us 10+ times. This thread isn't even for your account type, you have shared hosting. You do not have reseller hosting so why is it that you are posting in a reseller section?

    I also notified you that we do NOT provide support for third party scripts that have been "edited" by you. We cant possibly take the time to go searching through your scripts to fix problems that we do not support. We are not paid enough to support stuff like this. We provide support for script installations, we do not provide support for third party scripts for third party modifications to third party forum software.

    The restoration script stalls out occasionally. The script was restarted and now your account should be working correctly.
    Ran the backup through shell and now it is working correctly.

    I'm not a scam but thanks for your input.
    We updated the server memory resulting in a table crash that had to be repaired. It happens when server admins don't actually stop services before they reboot the machine. -_-

    Server was not down for 3 hours, it was down for 15 minutes. Memory upgrade was scheduled. There are a lot of clients on our servers and we continue to upgrade the servers to accommodate them. All downtime is scheduled in the early AM. I was asleep when they updated the server.

    I love these shared hosting clients posting in my reseller section thread complaining about 30 minutes of downtime on a shared server when it went down for upgrades to better assist them.

    Service has been terminated, cheap skates will be refunded.
