how to block direct download from folder (iis7)

hi,

i upload my backup in folder in this path
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\

using ftp ( outside backup )

i need to block direct download from this folder using web.config or any else
any help

solved

i changed the permission to iis users and delete ( read&write ) permission for this folder
