    Best control panel

To run a simple webhosting site, and maybe vps packages what's the best web software to use?

I tried looking into HostBill but they don't offer Monthly Licenses?

I don't need automation, or ticket support I just need something basic for a client area, and if ticket system is included thats a plus, but not required as we might be using a different system.

    Please help us out

Can anyone verify that hostbill don't do monthly keys?

HostBill is nice, but have you considered WHMCS? At the moment, WHMCS is probably the most popular customer management app for web hosting.

Is there any other good ones though besides whmcs? I'm just looking as I said ..

I kinda wanted to try-out hostbill, but I don't wanna pay $150+ to buy a key, i was hoping they had monthly keys.

Do you guy's know of any others?
Maybe not so complex as WHMCS...

    More simple..

    Hello,

WHMCS is no question the most used control panel for now..
But if you want a nice frontend, you may tried HostBill as well..
    Thanks...

WHMCS is supposed to have the fullest range of features, and it basiclly does everything in terms of the front-end for you.

It sounds like it could be a little complex for your needs, never used Blesta but it seems a bit easier to use.

    whmcs +1
kayako - bugs, unstable, difficult to use... do not think to use it

Looks like whmcs is the more popular choice. Maybe you should swim with the current.

I think WHMCS would be a good fit. It's a great billing manager and houses ticket support as well.

Give DTC Panel a try. Opensource control panel

Although, there are many open source free hosting control panels for a hosting business but if you are planning to have a paid software, then go for "WHMCS". Very reliable and one of the best.
