    question

    Hello,
i have a server with hetzner, it has 12gb memory and i setup centos 5 32bit with 12gb memory and when i check total memory size with centos 5.4 32bit i see it is ok, it has really about 12170mb memory, then i setup solusvm/xen , so it is ok ? it does not have problem in future?

    Thanks,

CentOS 5 in 32 bits does not support 12GB ram. You are using one 64 bits version!

And, if you configure XEN/SolusVM properly you should never have a problem. I would recommend getting one system administrator to help you with this job if you don't know how to setup things.

Hetzner must be using one PAE kernel so your RAM limit in 32 bits its 64GB ( So you have 12GB available instead of the limit of 32bits 4GB )
