Hello friends, I just registered although I've been reading this forum for some time now. I've been searching for webhosting reseller account for the part five days and sincerely I've spent over 12hours online looking through offers but I've not seen one I'll like completely....

I host with hostgator. I know about how good they are so please don't recommend them to me. They don't offer end user support which is important to me. I need another with this features;

1. End user support
2. They must have their servers not reseller reselling...
3. Cpanel, unlimited licence for WHMCS...
4. Relatively fast servers
5. SUPERB CUSTOMER CARE. I'm a non-techie so the customer care must be really fast and reliable. Around 20-30minutes response time.

6. Budget $20-30 max.

Added advantage- 1. Web design template
2. Easy upgrade to higher plans when need arises
3. NO OVERSELLING OR OVERLOADING OF SERVERS...NO NO.
4. VERY FAST RESPONSE TIME.

This domain is amazing the offer they are reputable around WHT and everyone love them. They do not offer end user support which is important to me.

I believe they were having an issue with one of their UK cPanel servers, all clients were credited and it seems as the server is stable now. Dan should come in and chime in and let us know the latest.

If end user support is not necessary when I recommend Hostdime. Their solutions are great. They reply emails gererally within 30 minutes. Also they provide support on live chat and phone.
