    East Coast DC's

Anyone have a list of the lesser expensive East Coast, USA Data Centers or can recommend some? In need of /24's and servers with valid business justifications that can support the purchases. Let me know.

    Where you trying to reach?

The different east coast locations aren't always equally good in delivering i.e. to South America, Europe or other US locations.

Agreed. , Voxel is absolutely brilliant. I've found their network little bit more finely tuned compared to NYI

Could look at AMC at 121 Varick, Natcoweb at Equinix NY7, Interserver in their own place, a few others I'm unable to mention because of past relationships..

Vote for peak10 here, we use them for our noc and primary site/email/resources.

AWESOME overall company and policy's. Pricing isn't incredible but when you see what all they offer its damn worth it.
    'Ripcord'ing is the only way!

Do you prefer Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, or Southeast? Can you justify the /24's? Might help when it comes to recommending a provider.

I would be interested in finding out what cost will be for that /24. From what I have heard that ARIN has run out and allocation are few and far between. Please let us know what price you get for that /24

yeah, anything over a /29 or a /28 really starts to require a lot of justification.

Those networks that are responsible will be fine, the ones who give out their resources like water are the ones that are going to be hurting and disappointing customers when they start terminating accounts to reclaim resources.

IANA, not ARIN. IPs for end-users are still available. That being said, prepare to justify.

I'll second Dougy's Interserver suggestion. They have competitive pricing and we've experienced good support and reliability from them.

Agree with the other posters though... that many IPs could be an issue for you anywhere.
