    Thumbs up Prefiber.nl review

    About prefiber,
    Price: 10
    Quality: 10
    Network: 10

    The support is verry good, i needed them many times and they are always
    ready to help customers (wich you dont see often!) we tried many hosts
    but prefiber is one of the best hosters in the netherlands wich we had
    if you see the price's it looks like tey are overselling but i guarantee
    that they dont! even after huge problems they made me a nice offer.

    Problems with OS installations.. after that he made me a offer to drop the server and get another one for 1 year for the same price including better specs.. execpt the cpu but i can live with it

    I don't think it's fair to rate it a 10 then if you had problems with it
    But hey nice but short review. Make sure to send your servers IP via the report button to verify.

    changed my mind, prefiber is the worst **** ever.. Thier support is perfect, but the servers are CRAP

    Care to be more informative and tell us why and what they have or haven't done to help you?

    Just saying someone is bad isn't very informative to us on the outside.

    It could be that you just had bad luck with the hardware, it can happen.
    Do they work with 'servers' or with 'desktop' material?

    This client is always threatening with posts like this and does not give us the time to fix something. He does not have a supportplan, our service is free and not given by default, he should be glad that we are trying to fix it.

    We are using Dell server hardware and not desktop stuff, it was not hardware related. He could not intall DirectAdmin on his VPS, and asked us to do it for him. In the first case we said we don't offer this kind of support for free but he started threatening with the WHT post you see above.

    So we decided to install his vps with DirectAdmin anyway. Seems like we did al that work for nothing.

    This is all we have to say about this issue.
