Unhappy

Hostmatix

Where did they go? Does anyone know? I came home today to find out my site was down. Then I tried to go to their website, but I get "page cannot be displayed". I just signed up for a new account with them (December 30). Somebody please let me know what's going on!

I have currently two web sites with them. One doesn't work since it is being hosted on their main server with their own site on it.

My other web site works fine however. It is on another server.

I'm sure they are working on it...

Well, I've been following the other thread on this topic. If I understand Mr. Golestan correctly, only Hostmatix and your site are on the same server. If that is the case, I wonder what happened with mine. I've sent him a PM and patiently await his response.

Hello,

A web site is found to be monopolizing the resources available, Hostmatix.com Web Hosting Solutions reserves the right to suspend that site immediately and we have done it immediately.

The user was sending unsolicited messages, causing the server to overload and finally crash. Currently we have un-plugged the server ( Even it's a lost in business and reputation for us, since our own web site is hosted on server matix17 )

We are trying to clean up everything there and re-plug back the server very soon.

Please accept our apologizes for inconvenience you may exprienced.

Pleasure serving you.

Nikita, its not intentional, don't worry! Its just some error, they are probably already working on it. After the downtime talk with them - they will solve any problems with you/your account.

Good luck,

I hate spamming!

Mr. Golestan,

You do what you have to do. User sends spam - terminating the account is the right thing to do. You have my personal support, as well as any other web hosting company out there!

Hope everything is back to normal soon.

Best,

Dearest valued customer, Mr. Artashes,

I really appreciate your kind words and continued support toward HostMatix.com.

We are terminating the accounts which are sending SPAM, right away. I believe we will replug the server very soon.

Once again thanks for your support.

From here, I'd like to ask every valued client of HostMatix.com to accept our apologizes. The server should be up in 2-3 minutes.

Anyone know how to tell what server your site is located on? I had some up/down time earlier today, just for a couple min each time, but it would be worth knowing though.
