    Anyone playing BulletStorm?

Oh man that is one fun game. Totally over the top action and storyline and the creative ways you get to kill the enemy is cool and lots of fun. I completed the campaign on normal skill level and will probably go back and do it on a harder skill level.

I played the demo and thought it got a bit 'samey'. Initially it was like wow look i can throw people around and kick etc but found it got quite repetitive quickly.

Never played that one. My big kick recently has been Just Cause 2. It's so ridiculous what you can do in that game...Bad guys chasing you? That's OK. Jump on to the top of your car, then grapple their car to a building as they're passing by. In short order, they'll be flipped and thrown about and you'll be safe again.

I'm not really playing it, so much as just exploring the world and all of the vehicles...

I just finished it and I'd give it a 6.5 out of 10. I'd have to agree that it's very repetitive after a while. There are certainly some cool aspects to the game and weapons are fun, but the whole game consists of Run to a spot-->Enemies start pouring out-->Kill enemies-->Repeat process.

The graphics are ok, but there were quite a few bugs in the game where I'd get stuck in a tree and had to restart from a save point.

I hope the next one they do will be a little more serious and perhaps with a hint of stealth where you can sneak up on the enemy and not have them appear out of the blue all of a sudden in front of you.

    Still though, worth a play.

For me Bulletstorm was some quick dirty fun, not a long term relationship.

I won't play it like I played BF1942, BF2, BF2142, MW2, MoH or BFBC2. I have put some serious hours into those games, and usually stick to a game for around 12mths or so, achieving the top rank possible. A game for me is like a sport. It takes mths of practice to get good at it, and I tend to play it long term.

I guess all the FPS games are basically the same, but each game has its own unique feel and gameplay, so I tend to stick to one game for a fair while, before moving onto the next game. I've stuck with the Battlefield series since way back BF1942. I digressed into CoD with MW2, as that was just mad fun.

My current game is BFBC2 and I'm L27 and hoping to hit L50 by the time BF3 hits, which I think is in about 6mths or so. By then I'll have the new gaming rig setup too.

My previous game was MW2, where I Prestiged (reached L50) twice, and I would be embarrassed if I told you how many hours I have played that game.

Oh BTW, you might think from reading that that I'm a stressed out highly strung kinda guy. Nope. I'm calm and very laid back and super casual. Research has shown that gamers are relaxed and calm peoples.
