Unlimited traffic doesn't really exist, everywhere is going to have some limit, so realistically what do you need?

Also are you bothered about the location?

What software are you going to use for the backup, do you need something that supports cdp, rsync, ftp, smb etc...?

    Hello,

I believe your budget is pretty decent as a backup server doesn't need high specs ( other then HDD ). Also, 5 TB of traffic is a fair amount, so if you really decided about a location we might offer you some recommendations.

Else, you can check the offers forum, there are plenty of offers in there

You should definately be able to find that somewhere in the offers section, although I'm not sure anyone sells a dedicated NAS solution...

Maybe you should look at hosts that you like and see if they'll install FreeNAS or something like that?

You can get your own colocated 1U box for under $100/month. Just pick up a semi descent box, add your own hdd's and you are set.

My provider i use "hivelocity" you can get a atom for $50 + a 2tb drive for $40 bucks. Also I would highly recommend "bacual" it worked quite well.

There is such a thing as unmetered traffic. The question is what size port do you need?
