    Sage Instant Accounts and WHMCS

    Hi,

I run a website development business with hosting as one of our services under another brand and some under our own.

As we use WHMCS its not really ideal for accounting as it does not allow suppliers etc...

If anyone is in our position also, how do you record your web hosting and domain subscriptions? At the moment we have to keep copying the invoices, data and payments into SAGE for our accounting. It's a big hassle.

Isn't there anything we can do just to record transactions as a whole for website hosting in a month or day? Without having to copy new registered users over etc...

Any guidance would be very helpful.

You could see if they have any API that you could build a previsioning module for.

edit: sorry, but i assume sage is a source like name.com or a domain reseller. if its a program like moneybooks or turbotax or somthing then you have to keep downloading it (csv export)

You could check if it has csv inport or somthing, otherwise you will have to input everything by hand.
