    10. Will I get charged for Bandwidth Over usage?

    No. We do not overcharge accounts that exceed their bandwidth usage. We take a more appropriate step and suspend the account until the next months auto bandwidth reset. You can also contact us to upgrade to a higher plan and your hosting account will be automatically unsuspended.


    11. Can I upgrade to a higher plan?

    Yes you can upgrade to higher plans at anytime. You will just need to put in a ticket with Billing department and we will process it within 24 hours (normally much less than that).


    12. Do you offer a Backup Service?

    Yes, we offer an Offsite Backup Service with R1Soft. All accounts will be backed up everyday onto our off-site server located in Dallas Texas.


    13. Do you support Warez?

    Absolutely not. We forbid any forms of Warez on our servers. This includes (Uploading and Linking) to illegal content.


    14. I want to host adult content, do you allow this?

    Due to LiteSpeed restrictions we are to reject any form of subjective adult content which includes hardcore pornographic material, subjections may be made depending on the content and it's ratings as adult material.


    15. I want to use SSH, do you allow this?

    Yes, we can provide Jailed SSH Access. You will need to open a ticket with Billing department supplying us with scanned copies of official verification documents like national IDs and driving license.

    So far I'm liking this setup. I like everything as described, alas, I have some questions about RESELLER hosting.

    1. In reference to:
      I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain
      I still need to enter a domain to proceed when selecting option 3?

    2. Explain the dedicated IP with/without justification.
    3. Can I start on the lowest plan and upgrade mid month and pay the difference? I've been screwed by existing company and want to find a reliable home.
    4. Can I buy IP addresses? If so, for how much?
    5. Are there any updated coupon codes? (who doesnt like a deal?)
    6. Do you have/allow custom name servers or what are the name servers?

    1) That is correct, it will be used with the setup of your account on cPanel, you will not be charged for this through the checkout.

    In reference to:

    2) As part of the ARIN's Justification process we cannot deploy a dedicated IP for use under your account if it does not abide by their regulations. You can use a dedicated IP for the use of SSL or anonymous FTP but will not be justified with the use of SEO services.

    If you have a valid reason for the use of a Dedicated IP it will be deployed for you at the normal pricing structure, however, if deemed otherwise we may not be able to deploy this for you.

    Explain the dedicated IP with/without justification.
    3) Exactly, if you feel you need to upgrade half way through the month you can simply manage this from your client area, all you need to do is pay the difference from the next package up or down to whichever way you wish to go.

    If you encounter issues, you are always more than welcome to contact us and we will be happy to assist you with the change of package and manage the whole process for you if required.

    4) Yes you can, before we can deploy IP addresses they will need to be justified, (ie, SSL) if it is for SEO we cannot really take this as a valid justification for one to be deployed under your account.

    Normal structure prices for Dedicated IP's are $2.00 per month.

    Can I buy IP addresses? If so, for how much?
    5) At the moment we have no current ones for Shared Hosting besides our current - WHTPROMOTION which saves you 25% off the first months invoice. If you would like to contact us directly we might be able to make an offer for you on your order.

    Always happy to work with customer to get the best outcome.

    6) We can manage this for you if you require, otherwise our main nameservers at present are: ns1.privateclusters.com & ns2.privateclusters.com, all new accounts that are setup will automatically be using these nameservers until we further establish more servers that will use different nameservers accordingly.

    We are currently expecting some changes over the coming month to new VPS and Dedicated systems as well as the use of the ONAPP Cloud Panel
