Do you have a VOIP license for Mainland China?
Else no one can host you there.

I don't think he does. But HongKong would still work, right?

I didn't know I am not allowed to ask for offers here. Is it the wrong subforum?

Which one I have to use then?

    Thanks.

    There is none.

Yes, but connectivity to China will not be that good.

Foreigner as in not Asia, because non Asian traffic is expensive.
Also, no ISP here will give you a /24 ('C Class') for a reasonable price, IPs in Asia are very limited and expensive.

Ok. Is a license for non-commercial VoIP services required as well?

Thanks, I will check out sinohosting.

Yes, everything requires a license - even a simple website.

Other than China's traffic, everywhere should be cheap. (To US is even cheap.)

For IP, a Class C is asking too much. As you know, IPv4 is running out. You won't get it for cheap.

Define 'cheap' - Everything over 20$ /Mbit is not cheap for me.

Hong Kong have Voip exchange / peer center. You can do your VoIP business here. You can sell your service to your client too.(They may use your server in China mainland)

$40-$60 is cheap for me. Well, if you compare with other Asian countries for international bw, it is not a bad price.

40-60 is middle for imo, we focus on Local (HK/China/Asia) Customers (and offer them cheap traffic for that focus) - so foreign traffic "f*cks up" our calculations, which is we we dont like it much.

Indeed, everything under 80$ is good in Asia - but the Phillipines kick it off, some of them want to charge 200$+ / Mbit...

You will require a license for hosting in China, if you don't have one then Hong Kong would be a better option for you. There are several good datacenters in Hong Kong like - iAdvantage, Pacnet, NTT
