Looking for dedicated/VPS server in HK or NL
looking for vps or dedicated server for my client. They are going to run some adware program like toolbar. they dont want their server to be shutdown for any reason. any one knows offshore hosting. please share info with me

What is adware exactly and why would your server be shutdown because of it?

Maybe try VRTservers.net they got HK facility and pretty decent pricing, Just make sure explain your needs first to prevent needless shut down due to abuse.

leaseweb.com in NL will get you the cheapest and unmetered servers.
