This post isn't a bad feedback or review (yet) however I find it strange that since the last 3-4 months all my e-mails and communication have been and are still being ignored, to the point that I had given up all hope.

Rarely are there issues at Zoom Active and I sincerely apologize that you were one to have to expirence a poor service. So I am very glad that you have contacted me through WHT so we can get any issues cleared up. Whoops..... seems like Zoom Active have been e-mailing me/ replying to my e-mails however it could just be our mail server, so getting that checked.

By the look of things Zoom Active weren't at fault however they have still gone out their way to make us happy by throwing in a lot of courtesy addons and guarantees, that alone probably cost more than our initial project!
