    this would depend on hardware?
    where the data is coming from?
    what the connection speed between the two units is?

    but with 70GB of data and a pair of reasonable servers at reasonable connection speeds 100mb's

    100/8 = 12.5 megabytes per second
    12.5*60 = 750 megabytes per minute
    70GB = 71680 megabytes (worked out using 1gb = 1024mb)

    71680/750 = 95.57333333 minutes to transfer the data based on a constant steady conection speed of 100mbs
