Anyone with hosteurope.de
Hey guys i just started using hosteurope.de and my life has changed for the worst (not even worse)
Anyone else using them? Please how is their service for you?

Why are you staying with them if you are not happy there?

I just activated my server with like 2 weeks ago, and they shut my server down twice already because there a redirecting hack on one of my websites; they are really weird over there. Sent me the warning in German and before i knew what was going on my server was down. They turn off servers like child's play there.
And am already planning moving to another host in the next week if everything goes well. Probably their twin(not really) company Hetzner also in Germany. Just can't resist their pricing, very tempting i will say.Last edited by nokia3310; 02-19-2011 at 09:16 PM.

More details ? Been with them for ~2 months had no issues except their support is way too slow

So this is more just a warning to other users then?
Hopefully they will notice this and come and sort things out for you.

After calling back several times, almost 10 times i was able to talk to a better customer rep who actually helped me get the server back online. The other reps don't care at all and very rude too. Very rude i repeat.

I have not tried them yet but i don't like such servers with poor support team. I always prefer to buy a server from companies which have live support specially if i want fully managed server. Fully management without live support means nothing.

How else would I be saying that?
If you need an IP or something to verify, here -> 83.169.23.34
And as for the reason I left them, my 12 months contract was over and I didn't feel like getting another VPS for an year. Got a dedi instead, though, not with them this time.
