At what peering exchange? Generally if you are on an exchange you have access to the participant lists and their peering policies.

I know there are a few places like GolbalAXS offering partial EU transit.
However you have to pay them, and extend you network to meet their POP.

Our network connected with a public IX and peer with HE.Net.
I have a idea that we can peer with other networks over IPv6 Transit (Free by HE). We run IPv4 BGP over a IPv6 tunnel.
(one of our IP block is 2001 F0:A6:2100::/64, please check your public IX can you learn it directly).
If you would like to peer with us over your public IX with HE IPv6 Transit. Please let me know. Your guys can PM me if you want to try.

You do realize a /64 will be filtered out by 95% of the networks right? The RFC defines a /32 as the smallest IPv6 prefix to be allowed through the filters. It might work right now but it wont when people start fixing/tuning their IPv6 filters. Though if its "peering" you might be able to get away with it but the RFC calls for a /32 as the minimum announcement.

Why did you change your name on WHT? You announce 5 /24 prefixes? Are yous till trying to pass yourself off as some monster of a Asia network again?

kind of off-topic....however, while the ipv6 "standard" calls for filtering at the /32 level, most network engineers/admins seem to believe that 99% of the networks out there are going to make a /48 the filtering point.
