As per your request I am giving you review of Hostdime. Hostdime provide dedicated servers and reseller hosting services. Its Servers support Windows and Linux hosting solutions. They have dedicated servers and dedicated web hosting plans.
For their pricing and plans you can visit their website.
I am pretty confused between hostdime and hivelocity
hostdime charge less for hardware addons compared to hostdime.
Off-course I have to admit that hostdime is charging more because its managed serice and they have to incur cost and then profit.
I have another question.
I know RAID technology. But suppose if Main power goes down while server is running, does it make any damages to HDD/Data ?
Or Can I say RAID minimizes the CHANCES of damaging HDD/Data ?
Raid isn't going to have any effect on what happens when the server is powered off unexpectedly, unless you've got a raid card with a battery backed cache. Now, if there is physical damage to one of the two drives in a raid 1, that might happen during a power issue, and it doesn't affect both drives, then sure, it can help.
