    I can't get refund from Virpus.But I don't understand why I can't get back VPS?

    I applied to cancel the Order half month ago.I didn't know all payments to Virpus Networks are non-refundable ..I recognized that's my fault.But I m sure everybody

    would applied to cancel the Order if u found the VPS work slowly.

    There was somebody said that's my broadband's problem(PS:maybe )..

    But I haven't found any information for non-refundable from the Virpus Webstie.and any information for can't re-active the VPS again.

    I'm sure we can accomodate you. A free VPS is not the same as request to resuming service for the paid period, which I think is where the confusion is. I see your ticket number in the screen shot you posted. I'll follow up with you there.
