Job hunting is bound to never be fun, due to the nature of it. A lot of applicants put extensive time into applications, and oftentimes they do not hear back. In "applied behavior analysis" terms, it's a lack of reinforcement. When reinforcement is not present, it's hard to keep doing something.

Yes it is quite a tough job, but it developed my personalities and communication skills since I got to meet a lot of people, from top executives to the owners of the company, down to my co-applicants from all walks of life, and to the staff of the company I talked to when I being scheduled for an interview. It was really tough, but I took it in a positive way.
