Level-3 VPS in Marseille, France.

Hello.

I just did a Level-3 tracert to New York and I see that I have the lowest ping in Marseille which is possibly France:

4.69.143.249 - ae-2-3.bar1.marseille1.level3.net

If anyone knows there is a cheap VPS provider in there, please advice ?
