I'm not really impressed with your Houston location although my ISP may be at fault to blame.
I'm in Western colorado with a 15ms latency to Level3 servers in Denver.
I get 28ms ping to Dallas and 39ms to Chicago.
To your Houston TX location I ping 55 to Houston and it goes to Denver then Dallas before anywhere in a trace route with 28ms ping. May I ask why you use a Houston datacenter instead of Dallas?

We use a four data center footprint and we are based in Houston and use 1301 Fannin for DR. We have space in Dallas and we are building a managed services hub.
