I was going to grab this service, as i approach a live agent thru the livechat to discuss this further, the Representative close the chat, and turned to "Offline" mode. this to me, is a big no no. I recommend being more professional in the near future.

I have reviewed all chat logs yesterday (this is a normal review procedure to guarantee quality) and I do not see a single chat where the operator left before the customer.

I also do not see any logs with the name Nick or David. I got those two names from your username here. May I ask the name you gave when you entered chat so I can take a futher look into this?
