Terrible Experience with MochaHost - Server down from last 11 days.
Beware to MochaHost.
My VPS was not working from starting. i have submitted ticket on 5th feb 2011 and today it 12-Feb-2011. Still there is no any solution for issue. This is not first time.
They are basters.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Did you try every possible means to get a hold of them? I see they have live chat online on their website. They also have a phone number 1.888.81.MOCHA.

I tried online chat but they are replied
They always replied that our administrator will resolve and update your ticket.
After some time again i am getting ticket reply that they have done and working. But till today i am not able to create a single website from my control panel. How i can sign up any website on this VPS...........
MochaHost not good at all.. They are dog and beware.

What website do you host with them?
If you have to operate your company behind the scenes or under a fake name, maybe it's time to leave the industry and start something fresh.
