WHMCS Ticket Restriction Addon Module
Ticket Restriction Addon module will restrict and redirect user to the support department of the product they purchased , so customer who have purchased product A will be directed to the support department A or whatever the Admin have assigned in Admin section
This module is of great use if you want your customer to only submit ticket to the particular support department depending on the nature of product they have purchased , so the system will ask for Order Number which client can find in client area , based on the order number the end user will be redirected to particular support.
Product A buyer will be redirected to Support Dept A or as assigned by Admin
Similarly Product B buyer will be directed to Support Dep B or as assigned by Admin.

Looks interesting but do you have any future plans to make it easier by simply selecting the service the client has issues with with a simple dropbox?
It is similar to what you see when submitting a ticket, there will be a dropbox allowing the client to select which service he/she is enquiring on.

Thanks for your comments, well in that drop box option , still a chance that user select irrelevant box as in current whmcs, you can choose whatever you want but this system will verify order number with the product ,However we do have plans to further work on this module .

thanks for your advice, but our current system works that for general ticket it will not ask for any order number but for support to particular product it will ask for order number which is easily available in your client area ,where you see your product details followed by order number, so client don't need to check their old order emails or whatever.
However we can do minor editing depending on your particular needs.

One suggestion for you to work on will be to change this to a priority ticket system.
This means that a client who purchased a product valued at $100.00 will show up at the top of our ticket queue or at least higher than a client who purchased a product valued at $1.00.
Do you think this is possible?

Could be interested, have a client who may be looking for something like this.
We're providing end-user support through a custom-helpdesk - using the addon; do you reckon it is possible to direct support to two different companies? So department one will go to company A, and department two will go to company B?
Obviously there is the problem of their clients, having something like Sales, and Support departments. Do you think we could be able to use the addon to direct the client from company A to the sales department of company A and not to both?
