Can I setup an invoice payment reminder to be sent on due date?

I did look at there. There is option to send 1 reminder before due date and 3 after due date. Didn't found an option to send a reminder on due date.

This happens automatically. Normally a reminder is sent before the due date (you set how many days), automatically on the due date (if not paid) and an overdue notice the day after (again, you can choose how many days).

I'm sure you can in automation settings. If can you can't find it, maybe ask WHMCS.com?
