WIN 7 Server on ResellerZoom is down for past 12 hours. All they have posted is just 2 posts at forum.resellerzoom.com/showthread.php?t=12282. Neither they are giving any ETA to the resolution nor they are giving any information into the progress to their steps towards resolution.
My clients are furious and I am not sure what to tell them. 12 hours of downtime is too much.
48 hours and the server is still down. It was a terrible mistake to go with ResellerZoom. Highly irresposible and pathetic company.
Neither they are responding to the mails nor giving backup of our data.
