    Strange transaction...Need Assistance

    Hi,
    One of our customer purchased another package and paid money with paypal subscription.
    WHMCS automatically did setup of account. (Once payment receives, it setups account)
    But I didnt get money in my paypal account.
    What to do in this strange condition ? Why this problem has raised ?
    Because of Paypal or any problem in whmcs ? Need assistance.

    It's possible that it was an eCheck transaction that may have a hold period of a couple of days.

    Retrieve that transaction ID from the invoice and give Paypal a call.

    If there isn't a transaction ID, then the transaction may have not occurred on PayPal's end at all, which could mean an issue with your WHMCS.

    WHMCS won't enter a transaction on an echeck payment until it's cleared into your account. The entry in Billing > Gateway Log for the invoice might reveal something.

    Does your WHMCS show a transaction ID? Try search that in your paypal

    WHMCS dont show any transaction ID.
    There is no entry in Billing > Gateway Log

    Client got credit but how ? I have disabled it in General Settings.

    Give PayPal a call to make sure no transactions are pending with your account, if none then submit a ticket to WHMCS so they can look into this - its not the kind of thing I would leave open overnight, get this done ASAP.

    God known but credit was given to his account. He made a payment before an hour.
