    Thumbs down Don't buy hosting from sitecloud.com

    Hello,
    Don't buy hosting from sitecloud.com

    That is the worst hosting I used from 6_7 years ago until now.
    They don't have support!!!

    I am waiting 24 hours for a full backup.

    You CAN'T GENERATE OR DOWNLOAD BACKUP IN CPANEL.
    YOU CAN'T INSTALL SSL IN CPANEL.

    I am waiting more than 6 days for a SSL installation.

    on of my tickets is in progress now more than 15 days!!!!!!!!! and they don't answer.
    They can't install a simple ssl!!!!

    They are really scammer.

    They don't have technical support. They are online only in after noon (GMT) and you can't find supporters in the morning, noon and ...

    You must wait AT LEAST 2 days to solve your problem.

    Have you been hosted by them for 7 years, or are you saying this is the worst host you have had in the past 7 years? If the second one, how long have you been with them, and have you had problems before? Have you tried calling them?

    Might be you are placed on a faulty server which does not create the backups properly?

    I don't understand why hosts sometimes disable the backup feature for their users, its important to have.

    It is important to add that the employees at hosting companies are people too.. Many of them working hard day-to-day. When a customer replies with a swear word, they are less likely to help.

    Even though you had to wait a very long time, escalating on the support rep does not help. I used to work Loyalty and Retention for a cellphone company, and we had to deal with upset customers every single day. In the end, it does not help but drags on the process longer.

    For example, when a customer escalates on a member of my staff they flag it directly to a supervisor. Since supervisors work 8 hour days, there may be a delay depending on which one it was forwarded to.

    Good luck with your new host, I hope you get your backups.

    The way you speak to these support agents really just isnt cutting it, i doubt you will get far and you must not value your data the way you speak to them.

    I thought I would chime in on this to clear it up. The sites look similar because we're owned by the same owner; Trey Gardner.

    The customer has been banned from our live chat because of abuse towards our staff, subsequently terminating his service with us as abusing our staff is a violation of our terms of service. We have not suspended his service while we work get everything the customer needs.

    We're currently in communication with the customer to provide them a full refund and a full backup of his accounts to have him on his way to find a suitable host for him as the business relationship between the customer and us will not work out.
