    Need advice concerning VPS purchase

Please I need advice on where I can purchase an European VPS (preferably UK or the Netherlands) with the following characteristics: Extremely cheap (looking to purchase a year's account), Unlimited bandwidth, Extremely fast, 95%-99% uptime, very good and fast technical support, includes cpanel or very good admin desktop, allows proxy script. I am on a very tight budget. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks and regards.

Can you please tell us what is your definition of "cheap"? Also, it will be nice if you tell us what for will you use the servers and why will you need unlimited bandwidth?

my personal recommendation is not to go for a year. Go for month and if you are not satisfied then you are priveledged to ask for refund before 30 days time. please use any vps provider , workaround different service and if you think that your services are running fine then go ahead and pay for remaining months as per your wish.

    thank you

    Yep.

I tend to not recommend a good host when I think the customer is looking to host illegal activities, or would otherwise be a problem. I like my hosts -- I don't want to refer a troublemaker to them. Many others here are the same way. So clarify all this, before expecting more suggestions.

Surprised that no one has picked up on this yet.

Unlimited Bandwidth does not exist. It's a cheap marketing ploy to get your foot in the door, however, would you really trust a hosting provider that lies to you about something like that?

As people say, bandwidth is not unlimited but unmetered.

I would not see you getting that so cheap, on a 1GBPS connection you would get 32TB, however that is providing you get the full connection which you don't.
I would look into large bandwith options and unmetered, but with a definition of cheap, I doubt you will get it.

I need it only for web surfing and heavy downloading (around 500-1tb per month). Nothing illegal. I don't do illegal stuffs. I am looking at a budget of $30-$50 per year. Also I need a provider that offers Liberty Reserve as a means of payment. Thanks

If $10 a month is too expensive, your best bet might be to stick with shared hosting where the costs are significantly lower for the end user.

Feel free to use whatever proxy script you want, but if any of your proxy checking scripts hit my webservers you get reported to your provider for abuse ;-)
