    EV SSL or not ?

    Hello,

    I would like to know, what is the EV SSL Advantages for a web hosting company ( Shared + Reseller Solutions ).

    is to use the EV SSL mean that you will get visitors trust and increase sales ?

    It provides the customer an additional layer of trust in a company because that company has provided documentation proving their legitimacy. This alone probably won't increase sales.

    ofcourse i do not mean that it will increase your sales along,
    My question was about if it will help to turn the visitors into clients,

    Or the Visitors will not Care about the EV SSL or not ?,

    Some visitors will like it. The cool green glow in the browser makes some people feel safer. One company that uses an EV SSL Cert is PayPal. Check out how it looks in your browser by going to https://www.paypal.com/

    I don't know if it will lead to more sales for you. It may or may not. If some people are hesitating to purchase because they don't know if you are who you say you are, then using an EV SSL Cert could be a way to convert them into customers.

    It varies, but here is an example of what GoDaddy requires - it basically involves verifying your identity through a notary public.

    They Require a registered and licensed company, with a legal papers.

    I agree. Customers/people feel trust while making an order.
    IMO, you dont need documents while ordering.
    Go for it you have good budget. Because you are spending big $$ for customers trust and browser security.

    In order to get activated it will need to provide documents to prove that your business is legal. such as business license and so.
