    Ultimate billing software used by Serverpronto

    I really want to appreciate Server pronto's billing software here. This is the best billing software which needs to be used by every Web host company to server their customers.

    if you use this software, as a company you will earn more money and customer will be very happy when they see their credit card bills charged twice or thrice.

    You can set the billing software to charge twice or thrice (for me four times) by setting some time interval (say two month's once). Once set, it will charge the customers the set number of times the actual charge.

    If customer ask for refund, just enter the same in the software and process it after 20 days. By the time customer will be very happy that he is treated very well with a standard email message (inconvenience regretted). if the customer is from countries other than US they will be very happy to see the refund is not actual amount paid to server pronto due to currency conversion.

    WHT moderators, is there is any way to send a champagne to Server pronto members who are registered in your website for providing ultimate customer service for their customers.

    Just checked... Looks like they use the old version of Modern Bill... I can't believe anyone is still using that

    This made me laugh out loud.

    Serverpronto has been trying to hit my card every single day 2x a day for 6 months - that's 350+ transactions. Thankfully my bank has blocked them. Isn't that against some sort of merchant agreement? Don't they get charged per transaction?

    Craziness.

    they have standard template for replying.

    Below is one example i get every time

    Sir,

    The refund is scheduled to process on 02/07. This appears to have been a batching issue that has affected a number of customers. We have processed the refund approval and we are waiting on management to complete it.

    We generally process refunds with 2 to 5 business days, but it can take anywhere from 5 to 20 business days before you will see it on your bank statement.

    Thank you for your patience and we, profusely, apologize for the inconvenience.


    Also i didn't know about the warnings(might have overlooked).

    This is kinda amazing, how do they even get new clients?
    There are a lot of bad reviews, posts like this and blogs agains them...

    10 days now, not yet refunded. I think for Serverpronto 02/07/ means July 02 ????. Not sure. Waiting for the good news. I am now planning to move to some VPS which can be affordable.

    You will not ever get a refund. Just contact your credit card company and then cancel your service with serverpronto if you have not already.
