123systems - horrid ticket support
Sorry if this is typed poor as i am on an iphone, but under np circumstance can i recommend this provider.
Firstly, they promised they could migrate my websites, but after signing up denied ever saying so.
When i asked about my virtualmin installation, they closed my ticket without responding with the details.
Lastly, when i requested a refund in accordance to their 7 day gaurantee,they close the first ticket without responding. The second they tag refund. I have been waitinf for 3 weeks for my refund.
For anyone wanting any managed service, they are not worth it. I understand they arw budget, but i will stick with my current provider.
I hate to have to resort to a negative review, but this is ridiculous. I wanted thia money to pay my server admin.

That is actually pretty contrary to my experience with them, they have always responded super fast to my requests (which are ridiculous attempts to get them to give me upgrades for cheaper then their TOS states). Andrew is fairly active on these forums however and I am sure he will clear these matters up for you.

Well, I was trying to move TO 123systems as a low-budget test server. And quickly decided against that after seeing the abysmal ticket support.
I just want the refund I requested half a month ago - definitely sticking with my unmanaged service with buyvm.net

I'm not complaining about downtown though like everyone else. I'm making a complaint purely on their ticket support and refund policy ethics.
There's no reason any provider should close questioning tickets without a response.

I asked them for a refund a day before and received them pretty soon. was their customer before.

I should have really made the topic post worst host i have ever dealt with. Andrew and their support team is ignoring me.
I dont care what outages they had, i requested a refund long before this.
123systems has the worst staffing out of any company i have ever dealt with. My issue has no relations to downtime or power outages. I am going to file a paypal reversal if this is not resolved.

just wait and ask again they might listen to you . i just wait for few days and when andrew showed up asked him politely for a refund. if you carry on and file from paypal then matter could be worse.
hoping that you should get sorted pretty soon.
