Nocster or Rackshack?

Hi!

I have 9 servers at rackshack.net, but in the last weeks, i had a few problems. So, i'm considering moving some of them to nocster, being on of the reasons the use of cpanel

So, my questions are very simple, and i want your comments on this :

Wich one has the better network? I mean, a more stable network? My pings a better to nocster, but i want to know about their network stability, since for me rackshack has a nice network.

How nocster support is? At rackshack, we have IRC, what is very nice in order to talk directly to techs. Also the members area is very complete. Does nocster has a members area like rackshack? Is their support fast?

One of the problems i have at rackshack, is hardware failure. This makes me thing, what kind of hardware they use Are nocster servers hardware good? I know that an hardware failure can happen, but in the last month i had 3

So, since there are customers that have servers on both companies, i would like to know wich one u think is better to do business with.

Best regards,

Nocster does not have a members area that I am aware of (could be wrong)

Nocster support is great I have not had a ticket go longer than 4 hours. Or you can call them 24/7

Network is great for me although ping times are better at rackshack than nocster that is due to my isp i believe though.

Have yet to have downtime at nocster.

I have never been with rackshack so that is all the info I can give you

When I signed up with Nocster, I had a problem with RAM which they fixed after I dropped them a support ticket.

The only real downtime I had was because of the above and once it was replaced, everything worked perfectly fine.

No problem with support who were ever so willing to help.

One difference is that Rackshack is Unmanaged and Nocster is Managed server provider. You do experience difference in the support level.

I choose Nocster because they have a nice network + they use quality hardware, unlike Rackshack.

I've been using Rackshack since April, and am satisfied with the service.

Had a bad RAM chip at first, but that was swapped out quickly once I submitted a ticket on it. I'm up to about 200 days uptime right now.

Haven't really had to use support all that much, but tickets have always been replied to quickly.
