This is an "exit review" of TS-Host. I have moved to the left coast and prefer to have a dedicated server closer to home (since it is running an Asterisk server). I recently canceled my last server I had with them.
Service description
I had two dedicated servers with ts-host.com since August 2005. I found them through (of course) webhostingtalk.com

Great plan, great yearly discounts, it looked too good to be true (but it WAS true). Nevertheless, I took an upfront charge for low monthly fees (or even lower yearly fees: 1 year = 10 months) and that paid off handsomely over the years.
Service stability
Throughout these years I was never out due to network failures. Pings were always consistent, no packet loss which was especially important for a small VoIP server.
One of my servers had a failed motherboard once. My disk was moved to a new server promptly and I was up and running in no time.
Billing
No billing errors, the discounts were registered properly, card billed on time and for appropriate amount.
Customer Service
Always courteous, always knowledgeable but can be slow at times. It could take them a few days to answer a general inquiry. Since my "emergency" ticket was dealt with promptly I can't really complain.
Overall
I can definitely recommend ts-host to anyone looking for a long term dedicated server relationship.
