I think they use 100 Mbps port speed, it is the default for most webhost.

1GBps/Gigabits may be possible but unlikely.

Maybe so but I like to be sure before I commit. Some hosts give only 10Mbps and there is one that give 10Mbps, dedicated, which is more than 100Mbps shared.
