I have been hosting 2 VPS servers with BlueMileCloud for about a year now. I really cant say I have had any major issues.

Support
The only major issue I had was that I was getting over charged for a server. It was a deal that I had back with Fivebean, and it carried over to BlueMile. Around November I was charged 3x the price for it (I pay every 3 months) and just noticed the error the week after Christmas. Lets just say their support is not as detected, as say, MediaTemple. I got this issue worked out on the day of the invoice, and was refunded the correct amount.
Support, overall, is around 7/10. They are helpful, but slow at times (It looks like there is only like 5 people)

Servers/Speed
Websites are responsive and download/upload speed has never been a big issue. I say that because I never actually measured upload speed (Server to Me) but the download speed (Internet to Server) is around 1.5MB/s. Server performance is not terrible, but there is a sometimes noticeable slowdown (which usually fixes its self in a minute). I would give them a 9/10 in this category.

Price
They have discontinued there OpenVZ servers which were a great deal, so I can not comment on their new pricing.

Dont know what else to say, except I would recommend them.

BTW Uptime has been 99.947% for this month, last month was 100%

I've always favored MediaTemples support. They have always been helpful when I used to host with them. It's nice to see a positive review for BlueMile though.
