Looking for feedback on Burst.net NetBAQ service

Hello

Hoping this is the right category to put this in. I am wondering if anyone here has/is using the NetBAQ service from Burst.net

I know burst has had some issues lately but I only want to hear from anyone that is or has recently used the NetBAQ service they offer. Was it easy to use and restore hosting accounts with. Was it reliable?
