SEO Hosting With Unique C Class IPs

Hello,

I work for a large company that is currently shopping for hosting. We are looking for a plan in which we can acquire as many unique US based C Class IPs as possible. We already have plans with all of the major hosting companies (SEO Hosting, aSEO Hosting, and many others with reps on this forum).

Do any of you have any contact with a hosting provider that you think would offer this plan?

<<snipped>>
Thanks!

Google have said publicly on their blog, whether they are lying or not is up to you, that they do not take IP addresses into account. If what Google claim is true, you may be throwing your money away.

I think that most web hosts who own and operate their own AS and have assigned IP networks can do this. However some consider as inappropriate to assign a number IP addresses from different C Class netowrks to one Shared Hosting account?

Does it really work for you from a SEO perspective to cross-link websites from different IPs?

Check out seohosting.com. It is a hostgator company. You get ips from different geological locations. The only catch is the ips are shared but that just helps make it cheaper for you.

What sort of price are you looking at for these IP's and in what sense of quanitity. I know you said as many as you can get, though, are you searching for them to be used within the account you acquire them from or are you looking at getting these off-site?

Quick question, you can get them in blocks of up to /24 = 256 or are you searching for a lot more than that?

We have had SEO customers that have asked for multiple, varied, Class C IPs, and after 18 mos with that they reported back to us that it made no difference as compared to being on the same Class C.

Google and other search engines caught onto this a long time ago and it just doesn't matter anymore for those trying to take advantage of SEO.

Can you please link us some proof in this regard? Our SEO clients have told us that it no longer makes a difference.

SEO Hosting - does it really work? According to Google different Class C ip addresses have nothing to do with SEO.

Take a look at this http://www.google.com/support/forum/...ead2b665&hl=en

From what I know for the last 10 years, yes it does work and its used by thousands of top SEO firms for their clients.

From my experience GEO IP hosting have much more value than SEO hosting and it gives instant boost in local SE rankings however SEO IP's are the one that are being widely used.

Yes if its done wrong it would make no deference most of the time. As an example if one host 100 domains on 100 C-Class IP's, separate DNS etc but have them on a single sever under a same WHM then all these 100 sites will have the same SOA serial which would wash away all their SEO efforts.
