My knowlage of iptables is a bit off anyone familer with redirecting traffic from one port to another using iptables (and its associated REDIRECT command) i.e 22 to 4321

iptables -A PREROUTING -t nat -i ethX -p tcp --dport 22 -j REDIRECT --to-port 4321

where ethX is the network interface you want to set up the redirect on, eg eth0.

You will need to do this for each interface seperately if you use more than one (ie a multihomed host).
