1) MS Exhange hosting: 25GB mailbox size with 25 MB attachment limit per email.

2) Sharepoint access: So you and your staff can share files securely on the internet.

3) Office Communicator IM: Use MS office communicator IM which is IM but with really rich features and geared towards collaboration offered by MS.

4) LiveMeeting: This is so you can share your desktop screen with clients and conduct presentations and conferences online.

Remember, all of this is just for $10/month.... Please note: This is not hosted by us or by any normal company... THIS IS Hosted by Microsoft directly. It is a brand new service they are offering to compete with Google and google apps.

You can have minimum of 5 users and as many as you want.
We have switched over a company that has 800+ employees with no issues.

Email will be setup on exchange server back end... You can use outlook, entourage, webmail access and mobile devices (like blackberry, iphone, and any other phone that support exchange which all known ones do).

You can get sharepoint only and will be less of a charge. But the budle saves you 40%.

There is no contract with whichever option you go.

That is a good question, MS is actually offering 50% off of the annual subscription for the first 25 seats (5 seats minimum).
This includes Exchange hosting, Messenger service, Livemeetinh, and global address list and calendar invites are included as part of the exchange email serivce.
