I got a imagehost site on quite decent server

1 Core CPU Usage
50 GB Disk Space
1200 GB Data Transfer
512 MB Dedicated RAM
1024 MB Burstable RAM
1 Gbps Network Connection

that what I got.

the problem was that when ever there are more then 200 user at a time on the site then the site get stuck. and get error like page cannot be displayed and I have to reboot the server.

I mention this to my server provider. he suggest me to use nginx. I requested him to install nginx and he had done it for me.

now I got nginx + kloxo as cp

now when I am uploading image to my site, its weard the thumnail is not gerating rest is working good.

only thumnail. I asked the server provider to install imagemagick. he has installed it. still no luck. no thunail geration.

can anybody help me with this.

It'll be keeling over due to load - you need to move to a dedicated server with decent CPU and more RAM

infact I had checked the ram at the time of load it was only 250 mb which I dont think its too much.

do you have any idea why the thumnail is not creating since I install nginx

Ok, The problem is not about the memory,cpu .seems it just a system configure problem .

if you know how to configure your web application with imagemagick and nginx and ...
the problem is easily to be resolved.

at this point, you need let us know what is the problem you got , the web application now working correctly ? or the imagemagick misconfigure.

I think imagemagick is misconfigure as sienc we had done nginx the resever is good and fast. but when we are uploading image every thing is normal. but its not gerating thumnails

It's not a overload problem - you get too more limits - or - too more clients on one dedic. Net- optimize apache2,php and mysql config.
