Trying something different.

Looking for someone to create a simple two page design, cartoon penguin theme (related to my hosting domain ha).

I will only be offering two plans with my webhosting company (plan shakeup) and want to advertise the two plans (the only plans I will be offering) on front page.

I'll require a menu of some sort, for a couple of subpages. A section for announcements.

A second subpage will be needed for things such as TOS/AUP, etc

I can only spend $100. The $100 includes two completely coded pages, and full ownership rights to the design.

I would prefer to pay by paypal, but at your expense can do anything else (western union/money gram) etc
