Liteserver.nl [p]review: Excellent
mh.... Where should I start? OK, let's start with the email logs:
Quote:
Hello Jerry,
My apologies for the slower response, it was at night here in the
Netherlands when you sent your first e-mail ;-)
I'm glad to hear that you're interested in Linux VPS 1.
Can you send me the following personal details:
Telephone number:
PayPal address:
I will send an payment request. After the payment has been received I will
install your VPS which will only take a few minutes!
What kind of OS do you prefer?
Do you prefer IPv6 connectivity? If yes, how much IPv6 addresses do you
need?
If there still are some questions left, please let them know!
Best Regards,
Callum Venmans

OK, that does not mean anything, I have more:
Quote:
Hello Jerry,
No I won't call you on this time, don't worry ;-)
There is no real maximum IPv6 addresses. But because I need to manage all
the IPv6 addresses in my own administration I prefer to assign you an "X"
amount of IPv6 addresses. If you need more addresses in the near future,
just drop me an e-mail and I will add additional IPv6 addresses to your VPS.
How much IPv6 do you think you need? Is 10 enough for starting? Any other
numbers are also fine, as long it's realistic of course.
CentOS 5.5 x64 is possible. Maybe you can use CentOS 5.5 i386? Only CentOS
5.5 x64 will use a little more memory due the x64 support.
Best Regards,
Callum Venmans

OK, that does not mean anything, either. Here's more:
Quote:
Hello Jerry,
7 days before the VPS will expire, a new invoice + payment request for the
next period will be send. If you like to cancel the VPS, just drop me an
e-mail before it will renew.
You will receive a payment request within a few minutes.
I will assign 2 IPv6 addresses to your VPS. If you need more in the future,
that won't be a problem (even if you need 5000 ;-) )
Best Regards,
Callum Venmans

Of course, I'm not here to let you watch Tron: Legacy:
Quote:
Hello Jerry,
Your VPS is ready!
Your VPS has been installed with CentOS 5.5 x64 + all recent updates. I've
also installed the latest mainline kernel (2.6.36-2) on your VPS.
IPv4: *********
IPv6: *********
You can also use the following IPv6 address (I haven't assigned it yet to
your VPS):
IPv6: *********
Netmask: *********
Gateway: *********
Root details:
Username: *********
Password: *********
The standard CentOS firewall is enabled, so right now SELinux is enabled and
only port 22 (SSH) is open.
Login details for the VPS Panel:
http://*********
Username: *********
Password: *********
Please don't use the hostname module inside the panel. This module doesn't
work because we're using the Xen HVM virtualization technique. If you like
to change the hostname, this needs to be done directly on the VPS itself.
If you still have any questions left, please let them know!
Best Regards,
Callum Venmans

I want to say that, although they don't have something like WHMCS (at least I don't see it), but their attitude is nice and kind. What can I say? This is the longest email I ever have, as for provider. Informations are in detailed, and no ********. I love their support. It's not something like:
Quote:
|
The IP works fine now. We didn't know it was null-routed until you created a ticket. No disrespect intended.
|
VPSes are Xen HVM, and I don't expect the perf. will be good:

No need for coupon. Just include "50% off offer".
