1) Can I switch to a different location after activation?
---Yes! If you find that one of our other VPS locations would best fit you and your clients needs, then we will do a full data transfer to the other location for free.

2) Do you allow proxy related services?
---Yes. However keep in mind that proxy related services 'can' consume a lot of CPU resources. Such cases can affect other VPS clients on the node. When this happens we may have to throttle your CPU resources.

3) Do you allow IRC related services?
---Yes. We allow all IRC related services as long as it isn't for malicious purposes.

4) Can I really use all the resources that is being advertised?
---Yes. Our servers are so underutilized that it would be our pleasure if you would use all the resources!

5) Is this a month-to-month contract, or do I have to prepay to get these prices?
---All prices that you see are month-to-month. We do not require you to prepay to get these low prices!

6) Am I able to prepay for 1 year and get a discount?
---Yes! Simply open a ticket by emailing sales@dmehosting.com and we'll invoice you for 10 months and give you 2 months free! You may decide to prepay for a full year at any time with us. (Why would we expect you to prepay for 1 year without trying our services for at least 1 month!?!?)

7) Why are your prices so cheap?
---Our prices are so cheap since we directly own the servers. There are no middleman markups!

8) May I upgrade my VPS at anytime without data loss?
---Absolutely, we can upgrade your VPS to any plan in a matter of seconds. This is a painless procedure that doesn't require any downtime or OS Reinstallations.

9) Will you enable Tun/Tap or PPP/PPTPfor my VPS?
---Yes, we will be more than happy to enable that for you. Simply contact the support department.

10) Do your nodes support CSF/APF firewalls in VPS's?
---Yes, all of our nodes have all the kernel modules necessary for you to run whichever firewall you desire.

11) Will you match a competitors price and specifications?
