How many numbers do you need? Usually 10 channels is a lot for a number. Most providers only provide 2 channels and charge more per channel. Are you looking at wholesale or just a few numbers? Additionally what country are you looking for?

If you are in England you just apply to Ofcom and they will allocate blocks of both geographic and non-geographic numbers for your use.

We currently have around 300,000 numbers.

I think you forgot to mention you must have your own telecom network and interconnection agreements setup.

Big tier 1 carriers need to recognize the numbers and connect to your network so when someone tries ringing your number, it will actually ring. So you need to get the number hosted with either BT Wholesale or Cable & Wireless.

Additionally they will not allocate the use of any numbers (so you can take to the 2 major carriers above to host the numbers) until you have all your telecommunications paper work in order.

Kind Regards,

In my experience, most wholesale VOIP providers are going to be like this.

You might check out: Voip.MS - They have been pretty good for us.

Just my two cents

You are correct - they don't. They do offer Spain though.

Hi says he only needs a few numbers. Both of those i would NOT recommend using. I would talk to a local provider in those countries who can provide numbering direct from a Tier 1 provider if you want reliability.

The art in producing a good network is not just your data side of things, but viewing where you weaknesses are. Then trying to create as many short links between you and a tier 1 to avoid long resolutions when all hell breaks loose.
