512mb ram
100gb Bandwith
5gb Disk Space
No Operating System ( So i can install my one)

I suppose you have good budget for shared hosting but not for VPS.

Out of curiosity, do you actually NEED a VPS? Many budget VPS providers tend to give truely budget service. If you don't actually need a VPS, you may be better off on a shared hosting plan from a reliable provider
