Hello,
I am looking for a VPS provider with following requirements.
1. Unlimited emails at one go(I need to send 3000 emails each month for non-profits), no per hour or per domain limit.
2. 40 GB
3. 500 GB BW
4. $30-$50
5. Cloudlinux (good to have)
6. Litespeed (good to have)
7. WHM/CPANEL
8. USA, East cost based servers.

I really link Pacific host (too good) where I am currently hosting but they have email limits.

That e-mail count shouldn't be a problem for any VPS plan that you find, especially since you can define that outgoing rate on your server. Are you looking for a managed or unmanaged provider?

your needs seem pretty reasonable and as long as you're not spamming you shouldn't have a problem. I would look for the best host(s) in your price range and then just contact them to verify that what you're looking for won't be an issue with them.
